The event will be at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) 1 LMU Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90045, approx. 5 minutes from LAX airport.
Los Angeles Special Events include:
- Yogi Times Party and Concert: Sat. 9/20 from 6-10pm
- Global Mala Sacred Movement and Music: Sunday 9/21 from 1-7pm
- Festival exhibit: Saturday 9/20 and Sunday 9/21 from 9am - 7pm
- Yoga Wear Super Sale: Saturday 9/20 and Sunday 9/21 from 9am - 7pm
- Children Fun: Saturday 9/20 and Sunday 9/21 from 9am - 7pm
The booth package includes:
- One 10 x 8 ft. booth space with Canopy
- One table and two chairs
- One quality sign
- Free Listing in the Directory Guide & Website
Booth assignment policy
- Booth locations will be assigned in order of applications with deposits received.
- Nonprofit booths available upon request. Premium vendors will get first choice.
- Only yoga, health, green related product and service companies will be allowed as exhibitors.
- Booth applications will be guaranteed after signed contract and payment has been received.
- We reserves the right to make necessary floor plan changes.
Exhibitor fees are:
- Premium Booth $ 1,995
- Corner Booth $ 1,495
- Aisle Booth $ 1,250
- Table Top $ 795 (6 ft. table and 2 chairs only)
Exhibit Hours
- Setup: Friday 9/19 from 5-10pm and Saturday 9/20 6-9am
- Expo: Saturday 9/20 and Sunday 9/21 from 9am - 6pm
- Breakdown: Sunday 9/21 from 6pm - 10pm
