The event will be at the Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 W 18th St, New York, NY.
The booth package includes:
- One 10 x 8 ft. booth space
- Pipe & drape back and side panels
- One table
- Two chairs
- One quality sign displaying your company name
- Free Listing in the Directory Guide& Website
Booth assignment policy
- Booth locations will be assigned in order of applications with deposits received.
- Please let us know your preferred both number or location.
- Nonprofit booths available upon request. Premium vendors will get first choice.
- Only yoga, health, green related product and service companies will be allowed as exhibitors.
- Booth applications will be guaranteed after signed contract and payment has been received.
- We reserves the right to make necessary floor plan changes.
Exhibitor fees are:
- Premium Booth $ 1,995
- Corner Booth $ 1,495
- Aisle Booth $ 1,250
- Table Top $ 795 (6 ft. table and 2 chairs only)
Exhibit Hours
- Setup: Sunday 9/7 from 8-10am
- Expo: Sunday 9/7 from 10am - 7pm
- Breakdown: Sunday 9/7 from 7pm - 10pm
- Benefit Evening Concert: Sunday 9/7 from 8-10pm
